The price of the ultimate holistic vacation is much more affordable than you may think. Prices begin at just $1,195 per person double occupancy and include port charges of $159.00, specially prepared organic/natural meals, lectures, yoga classes, Pilates classes, meditation classes, workshops, cooking classes, nightly entertainment, and the use of all basic spa/health club and onboard facilities. Taxes, tips, fuel surcharge and handling fees are additional. Some special workshops, individual consultations and individual treatments are not included. See presenter page or program page for details.

Earn referral credits as a group leader. If you are interested in becoming a group leader and promoting Holistic Holiday at Sea™ please call 828-749-9537. We will help you earn one free trip for every 15 new referrals and supply you with copies of promotional materials.

Earn a free credit. You can earn $50 of credit for each new paid guest (excluding your family members) that you introduce to our cruise. The credit can be applied to books or special workshop purchases. 

Individual consultations and individual treatments.  Need to find a roommate? The rate for single occupancy is approximately 1.5 times the double occupancy rate. If you do not want to room alone, it may be possible to find a compatible roommate and pay the double occupancy rate. However, this may take some flexibility on your part regarding the room category you choose. For detailed information please call Jan at 828-749-9537.

Accommodations in Ft. Lauderdale 
If you are flying into Ft. Lauderdale a day or more in advance of the March 1, 2009 cruise departure and need a place to stay, we will soon be arranging blocks of rooms at several area inns. Please check back in June for details.

Excursions
Costa offers a variety of shore excursions in the ports of call. You will find a wide choice of relaxing, natural and cultural tours suitable for older and younger guests, as well as more active and sports-oriented excursions for those who prefer a little more adventure. Once you have booked the cruise, using your booking number, you can register and reserve the excursions of your choice on the Costa website (www.costacruises.com), or you can sign up on board at the Excursions desk. It is not possible to reserve excursions in advance by phone. Check back soon for a link to descriptions and pricing of the excursions that Costa is offering on our March 1-8, 2009 sailing. 

Deposits and Cancellation Policy
A $500 per person deposit is required at the time the room is booked. The balance of the invoice is due December 1, 2008. For those registering after December 1st, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover, as well as personal checks. The cancellation fee is $100 per person from July 16 to October 20. After October 20th, the cancellation charges, per person, are as follows: $250 from October 21st to December 20; 50% of cruise fare from December 21 to January 28, 2009; after January 28th there is no refund except for the government fees, fuel surcharge and prepaid tips. Travel insurance is available for the entire cruise program amount in case of medical or travel emergency, and we strongly recommend it. Please ask about this when you make your reservation.

* Plus $74.02 government tax, $12.50 handling per person, fuel surcharge and tips. Tips are $70.00 for adults; $35.00 for ages 13 - 17. Due to rapidly escalating fuel prices, Costa has required that we collect a fuel surcharge of $49 per person ($28 per person for 3rd or 4th persons in a cabin) for all sailings on or after Feb. 1, 2008. This is in addition to the rates above.
