Sarah WildeSee Description of Sarah's Workshop Sarah discovered Ecstatic Dance/The 5 Rhythms™ in 1986, and the passion for this form of movement led her to complete teacher training with Gabrielle Roth. She has been offering classes and workshops in her home state of Maine since 1991, and has recently completed an advanced Heartbeat training with Gabrielle. Sarah has also led workshops at the Omega Institute during summer sessions teaching participants and staff.
