Sandy Friedland is a Licensed Massage Therapist in private practice in her hometown…Miami, Florida. A creator of the new modality, MDMA … Multi- Dimensional Movement Arts™, she teaches massage at Educating Hands School of Massage. She is a contributing author to the book, Principles and Practices of Manual Therapeutics, which is part of a series of medical guides that focuses on complementary & alternative medicine. She is co-creator of an innovative & fundamental paradigm for teaching touch – TouchAbilities™ & co-creator of the teaching text for the course. She has developed & teaches WATERSHOPS, a liquid version of MDMA™, and other massage workshops, which are accredited for Continuing Education Units for massage practitioners.

Sandy’s approach is spiritual, holistic and eclectic with a specific focus on energetic flow, vibratory frequency and dynamic balancing. She ‘plays’ holographically at a table…on the floor…in the water…using sound, light, oil, color, crystals, essences, balls, magnets, rollers, intention, movement, verbalization, visualization…Her work/teaching explores the mystery of the body and reflects a background in Anthropology, Philosophy, Psychology and the wisdom of Craniosacral Therapy, Connective Tissue Unwinding, Polarity, Reflexology, Shiatsu, Trager and oriental medicine.
