Workout: On-on-one with Larry Krug - $75/person.
"A little muscle is a good thing" spend 35-50 minutes with personal trainer Larry Krug developing a safe routine for lifting light weights, strengthening areas of concern (arms, legs, abs, back, and chest), learn some good lifting and stretching methods that make everyday chores easier and safer. Each session is one on one and the time passes quickly and pleasantly. A consultation with Larry is prerequisite and is free.

Workout:  Run, Walk, Stretch
Larry will also be teaching a morning Run/walk Stretch and AB workout at 7 AM. Wake up to fresh air, casual conversation and burn some calories before breakfast.

Lecture: Baby Boomer Fitness 
Join Larry for an informal discussion on fitness over 50 dealing with simple weight training routines, injury recovery exercises, strengthening various parts of the body (abs, biceps, backs, fronts), how to buy/size a
bicycle and other training gear, spotting (assisting) your mate, and making the last third of your life on the planet active and, for the most part, injury free. Is this what you are looking for?
