Workshop: Integrative Relaxation
Learn how to live the rest of your life with less stress. This profound yet easy to practice technique is
presented in four 1.5 hour sequential sessions. Develop the understanding and familiarity with the technique to dissolve and resolve the causes of stress, worry and fear in your life. Learn the fundamental principles of how attitudes and behavior patterns are created to shape and create the quality of ease in your life. The learning progression across these four sessions will be, UNDERSTANDING + EXPERIENCE = A CHANGE IN YOUR PERSPECTIVE.
SESSION 1: The mind that creates the problem is not the mind that solves the problem. Create a simple “intention” to dissolve and resolve the cause of stress while in the mind where solutions arise.
SESSION 2: The three commonly accepted states of Consciousness. The consciousness of unrestricted potential is already present. This unrestricted potential is experientially recognizable in the profound stillness of Integrative Relaxation.
SESSION 3: Thinking counts. Bring together your intention with the consciousness of unrestricted potential to shape and create the quality of life without stress.
SESSION 4: Learn a simple 7 minute technique to quickly “break the momentum of stress” in times when it is not possible to practice the technique of Integrative Relaxation.
Each session will include the 35 minute Integrative Relaxation exercise. No prior experience is necessary. Wear comfortable clothing. This technique can be done lying on the floor or sitting comfortably in a chair. If you choose to practice lying on the floor bring some padding for the floor and a light blanket to cover yourself.
The hardest thing that you will have to do is not fall asleep.

Class: Daily Morning Amrit Yoga Asana Sequence
The Amrit Yoga Asana Sequence is a powerful yoga practice that teaches the practitioner how to connect, step by step, with the original source and purpose of yoga - which is to use physical yoga postures as a vehicle for entering the timeless state of being. The practice combines dynamic postures that fully engage body and mind with deep, meditative stillness - bringing the active and receptive energies in the body into balance. In this class, we will experience the level I Amrit Sequence which is specifically designed to raise the energy level in the body, to develop one-pointedness, and begin the practice of entering the deepest states of meditation while in yoga practice.
